Customer Reviews
Nice honey, slow customer service
I picked up some Raw Acacia Honey and a Propolis Tincture. The honey is very nice, light and floral, exactly what I expected. The tincture seems potent, too. My only small issue was that I had a question about the shipping time, and it took a few days to get a response from customer service. It wasn't urgent, but a faster reply would have been better. Delivery itself was fine once it shipped, about a week and a half to New York. The products themselves were high quality.
Great value on bundle
I was looking to try some different raw honeys and saw Maison Connoisseur offered a bundle. Got a great deal on a set with Raw Chestnut and Raw Thyme honey, plus a Raw Forest Honey. It was definitely cheaper than buying them separately. Shipping cost was a bit much, but the multi-buy savings made it worth it in the end. Felt like I got a good amount of honey for the price.
Consistent quality, reliable store
I've bought from Maison Connoisseur a few times now, mainly their Raw Oak Honey and the Honeycomb. This last order was just as good as the first ones. The oak honey always has that distinctive dark, malty taste. Shipping is consistently around a week to 10 days for me. They pack everything securely, so I never worry about anything arriving damaged. It's why I keep coming back for my honey supply.
Good quality, quick shipping
I ordered the Raw Pine Honey and a Honeycomb from Maison Connoisseur. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. It shipped out pretty fast, arrived in about 6 days to my address in Oregon, which is good coming from the UK. Everything was packed well, no issues with breakage or leaks. The pine honey has a really unique, robust flavor, just as described. The honeycomb was fresh. Overall, a good experience, and I'm happy with the quality of the products.

Share tips, ask questions & help fellow shoppers save more
Is their honey really raw and unfiltered like they say? Worried about getting something that's just glorified supermarket stuff.
Has anyone compared their honey to Steens or The Raw Honey Shop? Curious how Maison Connoisseur stacks up quality-wise.
I'm looking at getting a few different honeys, do they ever have deals if you buy more than one jar? Or like a first-time customer discount?
Can you combine discount codes at Maison Connoisseur? Like, if I have a newsletter signup code and another one, can I use both?
How are returns if I get a jar and don't like it? Or if it arrives damaged?
